Project Overview
For my PIP project, I set out to work out and put on a satisfactory amount of muscle mass and then become lean by the end of the project period. So far I've done very well and by the end of the project, I'll become lean as well. I've accomplished this by taking advice from good sources as well as collaborating with other classmates and cousins that are experienced in working out. I set myself a meal plan to cut weight by being on a calorie deficit and also a set workout plan for hypertrophy. With all these steps I'm on my way to completing my goal.
Collaboration
I've collaborated with many people. Two of the people I've collaborated with are my cousins Arber and Aaron who both have been working out for longer than me and are experienced with the gym. They're the ones that helped me set up the meal plan and everything because that's what they used for themselves and they got it from a nutritionist/dietician. I've also collaborated with two classmates as well that are also doing a PIP about working out, Nathan Markelon and Nelson Yap, we've discussed how we've gone about our PIP's and I've given them many tips as well.
