Throughout my entire life I have been surrounded by fitness, nutrition and the gym. This is because my mom was a past bodybuilder and a current nutritionist, personal trainer, owner of a gym and president of the bodybuilding association in Jamaica. Therefore my entire life from as I can remember I've been extremely active and watching what foods I put into my body. However I've never been consistent. When I cheat or take a rest day it has always turned into a week of resting or a week of cheating. My PIP project is about the change I have acquired over the past 6 months.
