I went to the gym again. I did my typical workout of 12,3,30. I did my legs. And I did my typical exercises for abs which consists of russian twists, planks, and the ab crunching machine.

Today I was my day off from work at both jobs, so I went to the gym and did the same 12,3,30 workout. I also did the bike for 15 minutes, my russian twists, planks, the inner and outer parts of my thigh, and the squat song.

Today I went to the gym and did my typical 12,3,30 workout that i've grown a liking towards. I also did my planks, crunches, russian twists, and the ab machine.

I went to the gym and did the 12,3,30 workout. I also did the ab machine, crunches, russian twists, and the leg presses for the inner and outer thigh. I also decided to add a 10 lbs ball to make my workout a little more intense.

This past week was spring break, so with the time off I did go to the gym a couple of days. I did 12,3,30 and it was pretty good, it goes by much faster, and I also did crunches, russian twists, and planks. Nothing too much out of the ordinary from my other workouts.

This week I went to the gym and I did the 12,3,30 workout again. From only doing it a couple of times I have seen more definition in my body. It also was a lot easier to do it, I didn't sweat as much, and my hips didn't hurt.

Since I had better hours this week for work I had more time to go to the gym. I still did my hula hooping, but it was definitely nice to be back in a place with more space. I was sore the past few days after that treadmill workout in my hips, but I still really enjoyed it, and I plan on doing it everytime I go.

Yesterday I went to the gym and I tried this new workout. It's called 12-3-30. It's where you set the treadmill to an incline of 12 a speed of 3 and do it for 30 minutes. I definitely broke a sweat, and my hips are super sore today, but other than that it actually wasn't that bad.

This week I decided to stick to hula hooping, and I did it for about 10-15 minutes a day. It was actually a lot of fun and I started to see some results, but im sure if I add weight to it there will be more. Also my nephew wanted to give it a try so while he was over this week he kept stealing it from me.

Over the weekend I decided to buy a hula hoop and use it as an ab workout. Unfortunately it's very light and its not a weighted one, so hopefully I can get some duct tape and wrap it around to add some more weight for better results.

This week I stayed at home instead of going to the gym for my workouts. I had a lot going on between work, and studying to take an important exam for my EMT. Although my house is small I still managed to do some beneficial exercises.

Today I plan on taking it easy and staying at home to do the workouts because I have work right after school. Since my house is smaller it is hard to do full exercises that require a lot of movement, so I plan on keeping it strictly abs. I am going to do crunches, russian twists, and planks.

Yesterday I had a shorter workout because I went straight from the gym to cheer practice. I had more of a leg day rather than working on the abs, but overall it was still a good workout.

Today I am going to go to the gym, and do some similar exercises as I did last week. I also have cheer practice later, so I have a feeling that i'm going to be very sore tomorrow and extremely tired.

I went to the gym and used several ab machines, I also did exercises like russian twists and crunches, 5 inches, and bicycles. Also did some burpees as well. I was happy that I got a good workout in, especially since this was the first time going back to the gym since they've made changes.

today after class during our break I will be going to the gym. I plan on being there for about an hour, and I will try the ab workout. Hopefully it will be better at the gym because I will have more room to move around.

This week I am taking a break from the ab workout routine since I have cheer practice every night this week for our competition on friday. I am already super sore. I thought that this video of us practicing our routine was funny because I wasn't able to see for the whole routine. I looked like cousin IT from the Adams Family.

Today I plan on doing the ab workout again, and hopefully I will be able to go through the program for level one twice. I also have cheerleading later, so we will be doing exercises then as well.

Today I am going to the gym, I plan on trying the ab workout again. I hope being in a more open environment will be helpful because it is really small in my house so it is hard to do certain workouts effectively.

I am really liking the ab workout routine and I find it fun. I was going to try and do it twice in one day and see if thats something I can start doing, but I felt a little under the weather this morning so hopefully over the weekend I will have better luck.

I did the workout a second time today, and it was a lot easier to get the motions correct so I felt a little more of a burn this time. It definitely felt better too and more productive because I knew how to do each exercise more than the last time so I didn't have to keep pausing to make sure I was doing it right. I just did it this time, and I made it all the way through the video.

Today I did the first ab workout. Although my VCR still isn't working I looked up the program 1 video on youtube and followed it. It wasn't too bad, and it seemed pretty easy, it ended when I just started getting the hang of the workouts, so i'm sure when I do these more it will get harder since I know what i'm doing now.

Today I set up my VHS to play the tape and try the workout, unfortunately after 45 minutes of trying to set it up it wouldn't connect. I think it was possibly because of a bad wire, but we are going to try again, and if it doesn't work, my friend offered for me to go to her house and use her VHS and she would do it with me.

Today I went on a 3 mile bike ride on the Derby trail. It was really pretty outside because I went right around sunset with my friend. I used my bmx bike which I bought in middle school and it ended up being a lot smaller than I remembered. The handle bar even ripped off within the first 5 minutes because of how old it was and I almost fell over and crashed. Even though I was trailing behind a bit, being with someone encouraged me to keep moving and pushing which definitely took a lot of work, but it was worth it.

After talking with my teacher, she likes my topic but found that it could be hard to obtain data for, this is because feelings can be considered immeasurable. Because of this she suggested maybe trying an abs of steel workout instead so that I can track my progression visibly through pictures. I think this is a good idea, and that I can still incorporate my original idea partially by still working out with friends and recording how intense the workout felt after it occurred.

Today I had cheerleading and we did a group cardio workout that used our whole body. I'm definitely feeling sore from it and it was definitely intense. It was nice being able to do it in a group because I did push myself harder when doing it rather than taking the easy way out.

Today I got the VHS tape Mrs.Degregory lent me so that I can pursue enhancing one part of the body instead of all of it, since it is easier to show progression that way. I am going to take my measurements and being the workout process tomorrow, since one of my friends wanted to try it out with me.

Today I did a little at home workout, I used a full body one that Mrs.Degregs posted on google classroom. It looked fun to do, and it was definitely a workout.

Over the holiday I took a break, I also talked to several of my friends who said that they would be interested in helping me with my project. I was super excited to hear this because that means I can have more information about there experience when working out with others rather than by themselves, or just my input when I workout alone.

Today I got caught up on my pip and changed the images. I also filmed my video of an elevator pitch to my friends.

Today I hung out with my friends and we decided to play Just Dance. We did this for about an hour, and it was definitely a workout. We were all sweating.

Today I weighed myself to see my starting point. I figured doing this at the end of the break would be the most beneficial because of all of the food I ate and the relaxing I did. This will be my starting point and hopefully I can change my starting weight of 160 lbs when doing workout throughout the week.

I tried a sample survey for the workout to see how it would work, and it went smoothly. I also asked my family what else I could do to better organize myself through this process and they suggested that instead of making it an anonymous google form to fill out they should put there names because each person has a different workout style that works best for them, and there differences can be a contributing factor to skewed results.

This week I have collected information to form several workouts that I feel would be beneficial.I have also began to work on my google form for others to fill out after they decide to work out with me. From there I have also set up a doc to keep track of the information received and what workouts were done on that day as well as how I felt after.
